When will my order be ready for pickup?
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to pick-up. (Usually within 1 hour)

Pick-up is EVERYDAY, from October 20 to October 30, 12:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup address will be shown on your email confirmation.

Who can I contact if I do not receive a confirmation email for pickup?

How long will you hold my order for pickup?
We will hold your order for 5 days once we’ve sent you a pick-up confirmation e-mail and will then send you a final pick-up email. If the order has not been picked up after 5 days, your order will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.

What do I need to bring when I pick up my order?
Your order confirmation email, For everyone's safety, please wear a mask.

What if I need to return/exchange an item(s) that I ordered?
We don't allow any returns at our pick-up. Returns need to be requested online

I don't see the pick up option for Las Vegas.
when you are at the checkout you will see Cart > Information > shipping > payment.
