It's great quality, ****, versatile, and surprisingly comfy. I ordered the large and it got here very quickly!

I made a mistake and ordered a piece of my item in the wrong color and size. After I messages customer service, they changed it to the correct items before it shipped out, and changed it to the right color and size. Amazing truly!!! I will shop here again in the future

Super super comfy!! The top is extremely comfy and super easy to put on!!! The bottom was a struggle to put on! But once I figured it out. Wasn’t too hard!! But omg I love this set so much!!

Was a little scared at first, They seemed too furry and very flat and bland... There's a certain degree of customization necessary but with 5 minutes worth of work and effort, they looked as good or better than as featured in the promotional photos. Wish there had been some indication I would have to shape the felt and possibly "shave" the fur.
