Overnight Shipping - Orders placed before 11:59 PM PST will be shipped next business day via Priority Mail Express. If placed after 11:59 PM PST, orders will ship on the next business day.
Shipping Time - Does not include the 2 business day processing time. Shipping time begins after your order is shipped. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
UPS & DHL - Any UPS or DHL orders that are placed on Friday will be shipped out on Monday.
During the pandemic, there may be delays of 1-4 weeks for international orders and in some cases for domestic USA orders, 1-2 weeks.
Due to USPS delays from the pandemic, from being short staffed and from handling high volume of packages during this holiday, we strongly advise you to choose UPS or DHL. First Class delivery time is very uncertain now with delays up to 1-3 weeks. If you would like to pay a little extra to switch shipping methods to a past order that has not shipped yet, email us anytime at Main@moeflavor.com Thank you for understanding! Please be aware any shipping method will have some delay during this season.
We do not cover any packages lost in transit if USPS First Class Shipping or USPS First-Class International was used for the order. Any packages lost in transit with any other shipping method, we can open a claim for you.
For any packages marked as delivered but was not received, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.
If a package was sent back because of an incorrect address on the order, we will refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a reship to the correct address is needed, customer must pay the new shipping fee.
