When will my package arrive?

Overnight Shipping - Orders placed before 11:59 PM PST will be shipped next business day via Priority Mail Express. If placed after 11:59 PM PST, orders will ship on the next business day.
Shipping Time - Does not include the 2 business day processing time. Shipping time begins after your order is shipped. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
Processing Time - We have a 1-2 business day processing time. During holiday season (Oct to Dec) we are trying to fulfill orders within 1 day so your order can be shipped out the next day in the morning. During the pandemic, there may be delays of 1-4 weeks for international orders and some cases for domestic USA orders, 1-2 weeks.
Due to USPS delays from the pandemic, from being short staffed and from handling high volume of packages during this holiday, we strongly advise you to choose UPS or DHL. First Class delivery time is very uncertain now with delays up to 1-3 weeks. If you would like to pay a little extra to switch shipping methods to a past order that has not shipped yet, email us anytime at Main@moeflavor.com Thank you for understanding! What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order means you can order before it's in stock. Please be aware that pre-ordering any item means that the order will not ship until the item stocks. If you order a pre-order item with an item in stock, the whole order will not ship until the pre-order item stocks.
Will I receive a tracking number?
A tracking number will be sent after the order processing has finished.
Please make sure to check your junk folder in case our email was filtered there. If you have not received a tracking number after 5 days, feel free to email us!

My tracking number shows it's been delivered but I didn't receive it.
We recommend to check your neighbor's first or contact your local post office with your tracking number. After we ship your package out the responsibility goes to your local post office. If you package has been stolen we do not cover it.
Who will pay for customs/taxes?
If there is an import tax, buyer must be responsible for paying for it.
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel the order if the items have not been shipped. If they have been shipped you cannot cancel.
The product I ordered is now on sale. Can I apply the discount code to a previous order?
I'm very sorry we can only apply discount codes to orders that were placed within the promotion time. If you ordered within the promotion time and simply forgot the code, we can apply it for you. Feel free to email us for assistance with that!
