UPS & DHL - Any UPS or DHL orders that are placed on Friday will be shipped out on the next business day, Monday.

First Class and Economy delivery time is very uncertain now with delays up to 1-3 weeks. Delivery
Moeflavor now offers shipping insurance to protect the delivery of your package.
For anyĀ ordersĀ with AfterShip Protection purchased that was marked as delivered but was not received, pleaseĀ submit a claimĀ and our customer service team will reach out for further resolution.
For any packages marked as delivered but was not received without AfterShip Protection, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replaceĀ packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up findingĀ their package.
If a package was sent back because of an incorrect address on the order or it was refused, we will refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a reship to the correct address is needed, customer must pay the new shipping fee.
