AfterShip Protection protects your purchases from loss, damage, and porch piracy (marked delivered but not received). Please allow 3-5 business days for all claims to be resolved. 

If you wish to remove your AfterShip Protection insurance, please remove it during checkout before you place your order. Once the order is placed, it cannot be removed.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM:

  1. Enter order number and email on "Track" page.
  2. Scroll Down to view your "AfterShip Protection" details.
  3. Select "Active" > "Claim" > Select reason to file claim (lost, damaged, porch piracy) 
  4. Submit claim 
  5. Customer service will be in contact to resolve claim
