MoeFlavor Creator Club Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING THE MOEFLAVOR CREATOR CLUB.
By signing up and participating in MoeFlavor's Creator Club ("Program"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not participate in the Program.
1. Eligibility To participate in the Program, you must:
  • Be 18 years of age or older;
  • Own and actively use at least one public social media account on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or another approved platform;
  • Agree to comply with these Terms and any future updates;
  • Not have any history of violating community guidelines on major platforms or have been banned for inappropriate conduct;
  • Comply with FTC Guidelines for influencers and content creators.
2. Program Engagement As a Creator, you agree to:
  • Promote MoeFlavor products authentically through your personal social channels.
  • Follow MoeFlavor brand guidelines and any campaign-specific instructions;
  • Respond professionally to MoeFlavor team members when contacted.
3. Compensation & Commissions
  • Earn commission on valid sales made through your unique link or code.
  • Affiliate commissions are tracked and processed via GoAffPro.
  • Payments for select missions or special campaigns will be sent directly via PayPal.
  • MoeFlavor may change the payment method at any time with prior notice.
  • MoeFlavor may withhold or deny commissions for any sales deemed fraudulent, refunded, or violating these Terms.
  • You are responsible for any taxes associated with earnings from the Program.
4. MoeFlavor's Rights to Your Content By joining the Program, you grant MoeFlavor an irrevocable, royalty-free license to:
  • Use, repost, remix, and share your content across our platforms
  • Feature your likeness, voice, name, and/or handle in promotional content;
  • Modify your content for use in ads, social media, and other marketing formats.
5. Creator Conduct & Restrictions You agree NOT to:
  • Make misleading or unapproved product claims;
  • Use spam tactics or bots to drive traffic;
  • Engage in hate speech, nudity, violence, or discriminatory content;
  • Disparage MoeFlavor, its customers, or other creators;
  • Post any content that harms MoeFlavor's reputation or brand image.
6. FTC Compliance You agree to:
  • Clearly disclose that you receive commissions or products from MoeFlavor in your posts (e.g., using #ad, #moeflavorcreator, #sponsored);
  • Follow all FTC disclosure and advertising guidelines when posting content related to MoeFlavor.
7. Confidentiality You may receive confidential information including product launches, campaign plans, or internal communication. You agree to:
  • Not share or leak any confidential information shared with you;
  • Respect the privacy of MoeFlavor’s internal communications and plans.
8. Intellectual Property
  • MoeFlavor retains all rights to its logos, designs, trademarks, and brand assets.
  • You may only use MoeFlavor’s brand assets in ways explicitly approved by us.
  • Any unauthorized use may result in termination from the Program and possible legal action.
9. Termination
  • MoeFlavor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or brand misalignment.
  • You may leave the Program at any time by notifying the MoeFlavor team.
10. Relationship You understand and agree:
  • You are an independent contractor, not an employee or legal representative of MoeFlavor;
  • You are not entitled to employee benefits or reimbursement unless explicitly stated.
11. Disputes & Arbitration
  • Any disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration and not in court.
  • Class actions and jury trials are expressly waived.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
12. Updates to Terms
  • MoeFlavor may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
By joining MoeFlavor’s Creator Club, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
