Insurance

Moeflavor now offers shipping insurance to protect the delivery of your package. For any orders with AfterShip Protection purchased that was marked as delivered but was not received, please submit a claim and our customer service team will reach out for further resolution.

For any packages marked as delivered but was not received without AfterShip Protection, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.

Incorrect Address

If a package was returned because of an incorrect address on the order or it was refused, we will only refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a package needs to be reshipped to the correct address, customer must pay the new shipping fee.

Really cute and soft. Not much to say other than it pairs well with all my pale-colored fits, and it still mixes well with the new Vday Gloomy Bear Tracksuit. Funnily enough, it also muffles sound pretty well.

I wanna start by saying this is a good product! its cute, the shipping was fast and timely, it got here before i needed it (for a con) and I don't regret buying it at all. HOWEVER, when i was looking at the pictures when i ordered (the pink ones) I assumed the earmuffs came with that cute pink bow on the side. when the product came, i got confused and checked the website only to realize it was a hair bow! whoops!

I still would've ordered it regardless, I can put my on bow on if its that srs, I just think its pretty misleading.

The embroidery is well done and the earmuffs are so soft! They dont make my head feel squeezed and keep my ears from getting cold, I love them!

The bag it came in was super cute! I love how the earmuffs look! I do think they’re a little bit umcomfy, I think due to the shape and thickness they kinda squish your ears down but they’re still so cute to style!
