Insurance

Moeflavor now offers shipping insurance to protect the delivery of your package. For any orders with AfterShip Protection purchased that was marked as delivered but was not received, please submit a claim and our customer service team will reach out for further resolution.

For any packages marked as delivered but was not received without AfterShip Protection, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.

Incorrect Address

If a package was returned because of an incorrect address on the order or it was refused, we will only refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a package needs to be reshipped to the correct address, customer must pay the new shipping fee.

It fits me like a glove, i got size L/XL. Everything is very comfortable and fits me well, however, I am giving it 4 stars because the gloves are sooooo loose on me, I can’t move my arms around without the gloves slipping down. It kind of sucks because I feel like the gloves is what completes the whole get-up. I think it’s an easy fix though. I’m unsure if getting a M/L would have helped, but that’s the only complaint I have. Overall, it’s perfect!

Honestly this is one of the CUTEST things I’ve purchased. I initially got it as a joke so me and my boyfriend could match and I was happy to know the product seemed high quality and comfortable. I could have probably slept in it. Definitely a good buy!

Love love love! This outfit! Was a bit worried the waist part wouldn’t fit or would roll, but it stays in place really well, and is shirred on the back to have quite a bit of stretch. Gloves fit wonderfully too! My only regret is not buying the ears to go with it!
