For any packages marked as delivered but was not received without AfterShip Protection, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.
Incorrect Address
If a package was returned because of an incorrect address on the order or it was refused, we will only refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a package needs to be reshipped to the correct address, customer must pay the new shipping fee.
