Moeflavor now offers shipping insurance to protect the delivery of your package. For any orders with AfterShip Protection purchased that was marked as delivered but was not received, please submit a claim and our customer service team will reach out for further resolution.

For any packages marked as delivered but was not received without AfterShip Protection, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.

Incorrect Address

If a package was returned because of an incorrect address on the order or it was refused, we will only refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a package needs to be reshipped to the correct address, customer must pay the new shipping fee.

I really love this dress! My only qualms are that the back cowl piece looks a little too big on me from the front and the skirt of the dress slid up pretty often and I had to keep pulling it down. Otherwise, it looked and felt great! Super comfy to be in

I hate my body but this dress was so smooth and beautiful it made me feel sexy. It’s been a very long time since I felt sexy, I couldn’t even take the dress off it was just so smooth!!!

The dress and accessories are made from incredibly delicate fabrics with hardware designed for thicker fabric. The dress immediately began ripping when I tried adjusting the straps (shown in the picture) which is really disappointing. Design wise the dress is mostly fine, but I feel the drooping piece comes a little bit too forward and sags near the armpits- not the most flattering. Overall I am very disappointed in the dress but I got it on sale so I can't be too upset. Don't recommend this piece

I absolutely loved this dress it fit like a glove and I felt so sexy, very happy to have bought this. The material is thick and so comfortable, definitely worth the original price. The charms were perfect too I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

The quality is superb. I was blown away by how silky soft the dress is!! 10/10 would recommend.
