Please be aware: The product is handmade. There may be very tiny imperfections such as scratches, specs of glue, slight bends and slim openings. These can only be seen up close.
Tariff Update: We heard people ordering from China will have to pay an extra 300% on the value or $100 per item (whichever is higher). Our customers do NOT have to pay tariffs or have delays from it when ordering from us. Our store ships from the US.

Overnight Shipping - Orders placed before 11:59 PM PST will be shipped next business day via Priority Mail Express. If placed after 11:59 PM PST, orders will ship on the next business day.
Shipping Time - Does not include the 2 business day processing time. Shipping time begins after your order is shipped. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays.
UPS & DHL - Any DHL orders that are placed on Friday will be shipped out on the next business day, Monday.
Delivery
Moeflavor now offers shipping insurance to protect the delivery of your package.
For any orders with AfterShip Protection purchased that was marked as delivered but was not received, please submit a claim and our customer service team will reach out for further resolution.
For any packages marked as delivered but was not received without AfterShip Protection, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.
If a package was sent back because of an incorrect address on the order or it was refused, we will refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a reship to the correct address is needed, customer must pay the new shipping fee.
