Delivery

Moeflavor now offers shipping insurance to protect the delivery of your package.

For any orders with AfterShip Protection purchased that was marked as delivered but was not received, please submit a claim and our customer service team will reach out for further resolution.

For any packages marked as delivered but was not received without AfterShip Protection, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.

If a package was sent back because of an incorrect address on the order or it was refused, we will refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a reship to the correct address is needed, customer must pay the new shipping fee.

My girlfriend really like wearing these cute little bunny ears

I loved these, but the band broke when they fell off. I kept the old ears, but ordered a new pair just incase I couldn't salvage them. Immediately I noticed that they looked lighter, and compared them to my old ones to check. When I saw how much lighter they were, I put them next to my Cyber Cat set and saw the drastic difference. It's not the worst thing ever, since they'll be on my head they won't be right next to the set, but I am a little disappointed in the inconsistency. Support told me they made no changes to the design and it was just a manufacturing difference. They're still very cute and I love them, but starting to think they're not worth the price tag.

I LOVE them! I usually have a hard time with headbands since I tend to get a headache wearing one but these are soooo comfortable! So cute and the quality’s good. LOVE the iridescent detail, fits so well with the cybervibe.

Great quality, just zip tied to a headband?

The headband is super comfortable and did not irritate my scalp. I’ve tried it on my natural hair as well as wearing it over braids and it’s just fine.

Sooooo cute

These were so perfect; I paired them with the white Bunny Set. These were very comfortable, I usually don't wear headbands because they give me headaches, but this stayed on all night.. Until someone knocked them off my head and stepped on them and broke them at EDC. Kinda sucks for nearly $30 because I really really loved them. Overall I highly recommend

They seem to be really high quality, even though they're zip-tied to the headband. Comfortable to wear and very cute!!
