Delivery

Moeflavor now offers shipping insurance to protect the delivery of your package.

For any orders with AfterShip Protection purchased that was marked as delivered but was not received, please submit a claim and our customer service team will reach out for further resolution.

For any packages marked as delivered but was not received without AfterShip Protection, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.

If a package was sent back because of an incorrect address on the order or it was refused, we will refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a reship to the correct address is needed, customer must pay the new shipping fee.

Over a few months, we'll work with real people as our fit models to conduct multiple fit sessions. This way we ensure comfort, accuracy, and inclusivity across a wide size range.

I would’ve given it five stars if the garter chain didn’t break so easily when I first tried it on. The chains are very fragile. Besides that, I’m in love with the rest of it. Wearing this for your sweethearts birthday, Christmas, or just wanting to wear it is just so cute.

I love this lingerie so much! It is so cute, and easy to put on!

Only taking a star off because the chain is not built for thick thighs. I broke one of them and ended up just using it as a necklace in the moment but I really wish they were adjustable or come with extra links for those of us with thicker thighs. Otherwise, the lingerie is great as usual!

Only leaving a review bc I found my man’s ex in here, it looks way sexier on me 🥰 only thing is that a chain came broken, and def be careful wearing because you can tell they are flimsy/will break. Not worth the price due to it, I’d avoid their sets with little chain details. I love everything else they have though, their swimwear and leather/plastic pieces are comfy and sexy xoxo

This lingerie set is so beautiful and sexy! I like that it was very affordable and the lingerie is comfortable and stretchy. The only problem was the thong is a bit loose on my butt, but besides that I really love this lingerie set. It's busty friendly and gorgeous.

Everything fit perfectly besides the chain garters, they were pretty tight but honestly it was kinda hot 😳 lol but seriously though this set is super comfy and pretty easy to put on, but if u have thick thighs maybe do a size up on the bottoms? I think the bottom is adjustable enough for a size up to be fine still! Anyways this set made me feel so pretty 🖤

I like to imagine I’m a model for moeflavor’s brand lollll but yeah this is my favourite set I have! The ribbon material is really soft and it isn’t too loose or too tight. The chain piece is uncomfortable to wear, but overall it’s a perfect set. the staff is super friendly too!

The set is cute!!! The waist piece is too small, especially if you are a wide rib cage girly like I am. The garters fit, but don’t clip properly to the waist piece because of how small it is. Other than that, there’s absolutely no issues at all
