Delivery

Moeflavor now offers shipping insurance to protect the delivery of your package.

For any orders with AfterShip Protection purchased that was marked as delivered but was not received, please submit a claim and our customer service team will reach out for further resolution.

For any packages marked as delivered but was not received without AfterShip Protection, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.

If a package was sent back because of an incorrect address on the order or it was refused, we will refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a reship to the correct address is needed, customer must pay the new shipping fee.

Fit Sessions

Over a few months, we'll work with real people as our fit models to conduct multiple fit sessions. This way we ensure comfort, accuracy, and inclusivity across a wide size range.

I love it, so cute and comfy! The bust did not fit me so I wore a bra under lol but that is just due to my lack of bust. The rest fit wonderfully!

WOOOO HOOOO!!! I had my eye on this outfit for a while now and finally made the order! It is so so cute!! I love how all the pieces come together and how the top makes my chest pop! I adore the deep burgundy color, the details are darling! Did oki in the wash too! I want to dress it up even more! Add matching sheer thigh highs, a crown or tiara, and more acessories. It is super duper soft and I love how Moeflavor celebrates all bodies and sizes! I was worried that I was too thicc but Moeflavor accommodates a range of sizes ! ya ya ya ! It felt so soft

The top was a bit snug, but that's to be expected with a huge chest. I love the coloring of the outfit, and it's perfect for getting festive in the bedroom or creating an OC Cosplay. Moe Flavor just keeps dishing out fantastic sets! Can't wait to get more!
