For any packages marked as delivered but was not received without AfterShip Protection, please check with friends and neighbors if they picked up the package instead. Please also check with the shipping company or delivery person for location of the package. We are unable to cover or replace packages that were marked as delivered. All of our customers reported that they ended up finding their package.

Incorrect Address

If a package was returned because of an incorrect address on the order or it was refused, we will only refund the cost of the item. The shipping cost will be excluded. If a package needs to be reshipped to the correct address, customer must pay the new shipping fee.

Fit Sessions

Over a few months, we'll work with real people as our fit models to conduct multiple fit sessions. This way we ensure comfort, accuracy, and inclusivity across a wide size range.

I really love that these kind of ears are available to buy at such a good price. They remind me a lot of hand made ears you might find from an artist on Instagram, however you can find some signs of mass production. (which is normal, and doesn't effect the final product when it comes to photos) they arrived and I had to trim them myself to make them look like the photo examples on the website. Not a lot of trimming, but some.

Over all a great product at a competitive price.

They're not as big as they look in the pictures and if you have a big afro/Curly hair they get lost in it. Also the back part of the ears feel like there's a lot of glue on the backs that is kinda just lumped on there. Would have been fine just getting the hood.

It's just super cute and the material is nice and soft for the ears. I now want the bodysuit

So, at first glance, the headband is super cute well-made, but the texture on some of the ear parts can be pretty bad, there’s like thick paint crust on the patches it’s not smooth at all, and it’s very rough in some spots. Overall, the fur is very soft, but where the airbrushed paint is, there’s like a quality control issue, regardless as long as you’re not touching it and having sensory issues, it’s a fun accessory

I love these cow ears so much! My first pair were the pink and white ones, so when I found out you were coming out with a blue cow set I was so excited.
